In the early days, farming on this land relied on manpower, the elderly took good care of the field and the processes of plowing, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, and beating rice. The harvest was completed with the help of each other in the tribe and the efforts brought great feedback to the family and the tribe, which made satisfying、 joyful, and grateful flavors of the land.
Nowadays farming mostly relies on machinery, a close relationship with the land disappears, and the participation of family members and tribesmen is lost, the flavor of the land is diluted. Time changed the relationship between people and the environment, and changed the smell of the land. Can you still remember the smell of the land?
